LUNCH PROGRAMS 3-Year Old & Pre-K Students
Lunch programs are offered, on a monthly basis, throughout the school year to provide students the opportunity to enjoy a parent-provided lunch and socialize with friends. These programs introduce monthly themes that are explored and expanded through arts and crafts projects, stories, snacks and outdoor play (weather permitting).
This program is designed to enrich the day of a child who attends morning kindergarten at another location then attends Joy Bell for afternoon KE. KE program hours are from 11:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Through this program, fine motor skills and pre-reading skills are reinforced through weekly themes (insects, dinosaurs, transportation, etc.), games and many fun-filled hands-on activities to include arts & crafts.
Transportation to Joy Bell for KE is provided by Council Rock School District only for children who attend morning Kindergarten at Hillcrest, Holland or Rolling Hills Elementary Schools. All other students attending this program must be transported to Joy Bell from their morning Kindergarten Program by their parent/guardian.
